Ordered for Valentine’s Day on 1/23/26. I ordered 6 items for 278.00. I Received confirmation my order was on the way a few days later. Tracking number didn’t work, took two emails and a week for response of sorry your item is delayed.!it wasn’t even sent. Waited another ten days to be told my item was just delivered today. Never did receive any tracking order a second time but now it’s miraculously here. I received nothing. Today 2/27, more than a month since my order I have nothing. SCAM
You get exactly what you pay for - and more. The durability of these clothes though the 'toddler test' is amazing. They don't stain easily, and they stay soft. The fact that the shipping is now faster than ever is just the icing on the cake!
I rated the company 5 stars...but with an explanation. Zumbamboo pajamas are the softest, best fitting item that I have ever ordered for my grandson. He loves PJ's more than anyone I know and immediately fell in love with these. My issue was with a delivery problem...which was not the company's fault. They kept in touch with me until a successful delivery was made. I totally trust Zumbamboo and will order again.
I am leaving a review for this company. I ordered Pajamas over two weeks ago. The tracking number provided does not work. When I contact customer service or support via email or dm’s on social media they do not reply back. This is ridiculous. I will call my credit card company stop the payment!
If I could give 10 stars, I would! The bamboo fabric is a game-changer for our sensitive skin. I've noticed a huge difference in my baby's eczema since we switched to these sleepers. Amazing products and even better service lately!
