Never received my items and it’s almost…

Never received my items and it’s almost a month since I purchased. Emailed them after two weeks as I didn’t see it being shipped when I tracked it and they said they can’t cancel it anymore as it’s being processed, which it obviously wasn’t. Will be reporting them.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Misleading information during the order process. There was no estimated shipping date, nor did it state it would take over a month to receive the order.I placed an order on November 26, 2025 for a First Christmas onesie. I had still not received it on December 24th. I requested a refund at that time, and was told it had been processed and that I should "allow 3-7 business days for your bank to complete the transaction and reflect it in your account."It's is way past 3-7 business days and no refund is in my account. Shoddy business practices.

very slow shipping

I wish I had known that it takes forever to get the product I ordered and paid for over two weeks ago. When they had a sale a day later, and even though my item had not shipped yet, they refused to honor it. Beware.

Shipping took much longer than expected…

Shipping took much longer than expected and customer support has been terrible to deal with. I tried cancelling the order when 10 days passed and it hadn't yet arrived. They said I would have to wait for it to arrive and then I could return it. It took over 20 days for it to arrive and I'm currently in an ongoing email chain with support to return the garment. They asked for detailed information about my child's body size/type in order to complete the return. I told them I would not provide those details about my child and I'm still waiting to get the return complete. Low key horrible, drawn out experience.

Zumbamboo easy, efficient and safe quality product.

Zumbamboo was easy to order from. Their website was easy to use. I received my merchandise in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product. It was for a 2 year old and I was confident the material was safe for use on a young child after researching the company and their products.

Excessive time for delivery

I ordered pajamas on Nov 10 and the tracking says the order is still in China as of 12/4. I wish I had looked into this company more before I bought as I also don't want to support China's economy any more that I probably already do.
