Review Time
I posted a complaint on this site in November about my order with Zumbamboo. I ordered a pair of pajamas for my grandson with pic of my dog on Nov 13. I finally received my order yesterday, Dec 12. My order was shipped on Nov 17, but didn’t arrive to me until Dec 12. It took a total of 29 days to get my order. Their shipping info is very rarely updated. When I got my order I was impressed. They are really cute and my grandson loves it. They fit perfectly, ordered a size 6/7 for my very skinny 8 year old grandson,but I would highly suggest to order a size up. My grandson lucked out since he is so skinny. Anyway, once you do finally get them, they’re cute. I was pleased, but their shipping methods needs a lot of improvement and they need to communicate better to the consumer.
The pajamas were very cute. Grandkids loved seeing their dog but the sleeves were a little short so the younger child was happy to wear them. The company was very eager to remedy the situation but I had already given them to a smaller child.
I would not order again. I ordered Hanukkah pajamas on 11/18 thinking I had plenty of time to receive them. They are not transparent with their shipping and don’t share that the items are coming from China. It has taken 3 1/2 weeks to receive them. I tried to cancel a few weeks back when I realized where they were coming from and that they had no idea when I would get them but they said they were already in transit. My mistake was not reading reviews before ordering.
I had an excellent experience ordering from Zumbamboo. This company is "green" in sourcing its raw materials, and "green" in its business practices, which I appreciate very much. I have ordered twice from them now, and will order again when the occasion arises. We need more businesses like Zumbamboo in this world of ours.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ZUMBAMBOO! They are a Chinese company that does not honor their own return policy. I ordered Christmas pajamas of Amy granddaughter Dec. 1, and they arrived in January. I initiated a return, and they ended up telling me I have to pay to have them shipped back to China which could cost up to $60!!! Their return policy says you have 90 days, but it's a lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Terrible customer service. I have had no reply. I ordered my grandson's Christmas PJs with their names on them at the beginning of November, but they haven't arrived yet. I have reached out to the company several times, but have received no response. I regret not doing my research on the poor quality and the slow-to-no feedback (in my experience). This is the first time I have ever written a poor review for a company. I want to warn any customer not to use this company.
I was so happy with the quality of these little boys pajamas. I had our dogs picture put on them and gave them to our Grandsons for Christmas as they love our dog Cooper. They loved them and were so excited to wear them that same night (after washing lol). The picture looks adorable on them. The fabric is great quality and the stitching and sizing was just as great. I will say the sleeves were just a tad short on them but they’re pjs so no big deal. The shipping did take a while but worth the wait!
The PJs are of a very high quality, and the drawstring is the best I’ve seen in a bamboo set. I also like that they offer diverse prints to serve those of us who don’t celebrate Christmas. Shipping is slow, but I know this is being worked on. I also would like to be able to purchase a top and bottom in different sizes but still receive the discount.
