Ordered a non stick pan that is possibly the worst pan we have ever experiencedSent pictures and explained the issue under our legal rights to return for a refund within 14 days and no reply , chased multiple times then told nothing they would do. Don’t buy from them under any circumstances

I bought a frying pan as a christmas present having looked at the reviews. Realise they must be fake. The fry pan is not non-stick and took 20 minutes of cleaning to get rid of the black marks after cooking steak. Decided to return it but Customer service will not accept the return as they say it's not faulty and they only cover a manufacturers warranty! Will not be buying from this company again.
Purchased a £90 kettle as we have had several disappointments with previous kettles.It lasted 27months; that's over £40 per year cost before product failure!! All badge, no quality. Customer services offered 20% off an new one. Still doesn't make any sense to buy Zwilling.
I bought a set of 5 pots about 2 months ago. After the first use, I had a coloring on the bottom of the pot. told me that this was normal and did not affect the quality of the pots and did not take into account my lifetime gravitation. I got a whole litany of how to use these pots. That's how I used them according to the instructions. Well, that was one sweat. Unfortunately, a week ago it became quite important to discolor the pot on the side. It turned out that this also does not come under warranty and does not affect the quality. It's wrong if after a month and two, these things happen. This is some manufacturing defect of the material from which these pots are made. I own another company and pots that I am already 5 years old and this is not happening. These posts cost a lot. They should be very good, but unfortunately they are not. from pots for high price, expects super quality. I do not recommend!
