Review Time
Purchased a pair of pants for about $75. The pants were unlined, fabric so thin you could see through them, so I had to return. Requested my cash back, which is $65. Sent the package back, USPS confirmed delivered to them on 1/22, but I had to follow up, to which they said they received on 2/4 and I should wait 10 days for refund. Still, no refund. Today, their refund window expanded to 16 days. I don't understand why, after verifying they received it, they still refuse to refund the money. Bad business!
Don’t buy from them. I followed them for a while before purchasing an item. I was happy to see it had finally been marked down to a reasonable price, as my social media had been extensively showing me the item. Upon arrival I found a cheaply made, single layer fabric that I couldn’t even pull up. Their sizing guide is totally off and not inclusive to anyone who isn’t model size. When I reached out to customer service, not only did they refuse to return the item, but they won’t even exchange it for a size that fits due to it being a “final sale”. They take advantage of unclear descriptions on their site, knowing they can essentially rip you off. So disappointed, as I have loved what they posted. But the reality is that this company scams you and does nothing to rectify it.
Horrible customer service! Especially if you’re from Canada… They don’t want to help you with anything and charge extra to return. The duties are nuts. The woman I spoke to VIA customer service email was a total B*. Not worth the cost AT ALL. They claim to be a “small business” so things are “out of their hands”
Ordered 2 dresses for daughters. One did not fit. No size large available therefore will be given In-store credit after they receive the return. Appreciate the communication, means so much now a days and the emailed return label. One of us will enjoy spending the gift card. Appreciate your promptness and of course really like much of the clothing. So fun!Thanks again
I bought a super cute and unique take on the sequin suit trend from here. Unfortunately, the party I bought it for got canceled, so I had to return it. The return process was straightforward, but I had some questions and Cres from the customer service team went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She took it upon herself to research my issue even after she's provided me the information I needed, then proceeded to set everything to rights. It was kinda like magic lol. In a world of fast fashion, it was such a great reminder about all the great things about shopping with smaller, locally owned retailers; the value of a personalized experience is so underrated and rare these days. I can't wait to shop 12th Tribe again!
I purchased an item back in September. It’s now January and I still haven’t received it. The company uses DHL with whom you cannot troubleshoot shipping issues as the purchaser. It has to be the shipper who troubleshoots but 12th tribe doesn’t give AF apparently. Instead they gave me a coupon covering 60% of what I spent and told me they’re not responsible for delivery. Why would I spend money on a company who can’t be bothered to make sure their products get delivered
