Horrible with everything from purchasing to returning. The material of everything is extremely cheap and not wearable. I am confused who actually continues to buy this. I even tried to go to NYC location in-person to choose something for exchanging and found absolutely nothing worthy. After sending them the return it will take about “12-16 days” after they RECEIVE the item to process the refund. Not even going to mention the crazy fees they have for return. The most ridiculous policy. There are plenty of online stores with better quality to choose from
Excellent Customer Service!!I reached out and got assistance from Milly who helped me with an issue regarding a belt that I had just received. One of the loops on the belt had broke off and it looked like someone tried replacing it with wire. Milly was so kind and stated that she would send another one ASAP! I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future and recommending this place to all of my girlfriends! 🤍
Great customer service. The staff was super helpful and attentive. They helped pull super cute styles that suited my taste and event. Everything fit well and true to size. Quality was good for the price. Highly recommend 12th tribe for a festival or special event.
I’ve only purchased one item from this brand and it arrived damaged. However, their customer service was amazing! I got an email response within a few hours and the issue got resolved quickly. Would definitely purchase additional items from them.
