Review Time
Bought a few items here from an influencer’s affiliate post, but none of the items fit, so I returned them all. When the time of the return period was coming to an end, I reached out to customer service to check on my return (it had been 16 business days). They told me my return package was missing items so that I would not get my full refund. I know I did not keep any of these items and returned everything, so I had gone back and forth with customer service. I looked up this company on Google and found a plethora of negative reviews about their returns process and claims of “unreturnable” items/overall issues with returns. It was only until I brought this concern up to the customer service agent about all these negative reviews about returns, that they magically “found” the missing items and issued my full return. Overall the experience felt sketchy to me, as there is no reason for me to lie and keep stuff that doesn’t fit. Although the clothes are cute, I would not plan on shopping here if there is a chance you may need to return something. If they can vamp up their returns process, it would greatly help their negative reviews.
Terrible customer service. Do not order from here if you've got a time constraint. I paid extra for priority shipping roughly two weeks before New Years to make sure that my outfit got there in time. About a week and a half after I ordered, I asked them how it was possible that my package hadn't arrived yet and they said it won't arrive until Jan. 11, nearly a month later. They refused to cancel my order or offer me a refund.
I had been searching online for a specific skirt and shirt that was no longer available on 12th Tribes website and Sheela provided the best customer service! She helped me find my items and provided me the links and I was able to purchase before they got snagged online again! Excellent customer service!
Loved the quality of the jumpsuit I bought for my daughter but it did not fit her and did not come in a larger size. Customer service rep went out of her way to arrange for me to return it and receive store credit. Her response to my request was almost immediate and worked out the resolution in less than a day. What a pleasure to deal with this company!
I ordered a belt to go along with a dress that I planned to wear to a wedding. The belt was missing a small part but where it was located, couldn’t be hidden. I reached out to customer service and, Megan, was a pleasure to work with. She offered me a few options and let me decide what would be best for my situation. I will be shopping here again in the near future.
Absolutely horrible experience. This company will do everything they can to not refund you. Ordered 3 items for just over $200. Terrible quality for the price tag. Used a discount code, which made one of the items nonreturnable which wasn’t mentioned until I tried to return. One item returned okay, minus a deduction for “restocking”/shipping. The last item i tried returning was a nightmare situation: refused to refund “because it was worn” (it wasn’t), asked for it to be sent back to me & they sent me the wrong package which I had to take time to mail back, then they delivered my item to an address (with no notification until 3 weeks after) in the wrong state. Ultimately I got a refund, but this was after emailing/following up for well over a month. Customer service rep (Jamille) was so kind throughout the process and that is the only positive note I have. I will not be ordering with this company again.
