Avoid This Service; Possible Scam

I had a very poor experience recently. After using the service for five months, I encountered a scam. I purchased 5GB for my work and paid in cryptocurrency, but my account was not credited. I attempted to contact them through email and WhatsApp, but they did not respond. After a brief acknowledgment, they asked for transaction details I had already provided. They have not responded since. I believe they are attempting to scam users and their support is severely lacking.
