If I could show you the screenshots from his email and messages to me, you’d be astonished and wouldn’t want to do business with this guy. I went to order a couple shirts to try them. I forgot that I tried them a couple years ago, apparently returned them, and because I did that he no longer will allow me to buy products from his company. Then he banned me from his Instagram account. I just want everybody to know what kind of business person this is and that it’s not worth spending the money. There are too many other options out there.
The people at the company are rude, condescending, and refuse to accommodate you with anything. Sizes are absurd. The medium fits like a small from any other brand and all three sizes didn't fit. Then, they charge you to try on other sizes. If you have any kind of muscle in your chest it will be skin tight. So basically it cost me $10 to find out that their product and their service are garbage.Also, check out the discrepancy in reviews. You can tell which reviews they curate an which they don't'.
I had a great experience with this company. They sent me three shirts as promised — I returned two and ended up ordering 12 more in the size that fit best. I also reached out to customer service to ask about the pocket T-shirts only being available in black, white, and grey. They responded quickly and were super helpful. The shirts feel and fit amazing. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
Bad customer service would be a step up for 3FIT Theory. Do not expect them to provide customer service if there's anything you don't like about your t-shirts once you receive them. I place a sizeable order and upgraded to the one year premium shipping. There was one t-shirt i didn't like and wanted to exchange it for another color. Here's the response from their customer support team who is one person: "Hey, is it really that big of a deal? It's one shirt at $16.50. You can post it back to us to switch it out... but with postage, you'd end up losing money over a minor shade difference." For the couple of bucks it would have cost them to stand by their brand they lost a customer for life which they could care less about. Customer service at its best...
My husband subscribed to the program last July. He.originally liked the program, styles of shirts, and colors available.However, the hem of one of the T-shirts became unraveled. I have sent a minimum of 4 to 5 emails to the company over the past 6 to 8 months hoping for a replacement product.There has been no reply despite their website saying replies are within one to two days.There is no phone number to contact the company as well.We are extremely disappointed in Customer Service and do not plan to continue with their program.
Can’t get anyone to call me. Everything had to be done through email. They finally tell me in Their opinion they should just refund me. Only then do I find out there is a $10 non-refundable fitting charge. Customer service is awful and the $10 non-refundable fitting charge should be made very clear and upfront. It’s hidden and not publicized, I would never have ordered these shirts to try them.
The customer service was ABHORRENT!!I don't care what THEY say, but their website is confusing. Therefore I emailed them for help. I was met w/ unbelievable petulant condescending feedback. with this attitude that I am an idiot for not figuring it out. I let them know ( whoever it was), that I was not happy w/ their attitude. Then they DOUBLED DOWN, with the attitude, insults and condescension. I again replied that I did not appreciate the attitude. They never at all responded to my complaint of their attitude. One shirt kind of fit, so I am returning the other two. Honestly, I have not had a more horrible insulting customer service experience in my life. It appears whoever I was corresponding with literally does NOT care if I walk away or not. Their boss needs to know ( For all I know he/she was probably the owner )
Fits pretty well. I really like how snug it is around your neck. I've purchased a few times so far and the only thing i think they could improve on the fit is make the sleeves a little tighter around the arms. Don't like how they can flare out a bit. Price is ok
Instagram ad which sounds fantastic - 'custom' shirts based on your size. Great. How much? $30 initially with $17 shirts in the future.You might think 'that's great. I can find a shirt that fits and keep ordering more in the future.'That wasn't the case for me.The website seems intuitive. But it's kinda.. not. Nothing about returns or details on the process if say for instance your shirts.. don't fit. My case, I'm a tall XL which depending on fashion brand may push me to an XXL.I get these shirts - no where even close to fitting. All these shirts are closer to an XXXL than to an XL Tall. The fabric is also sub par to say the least. If I was shopping for shirts, there's no way I'd take any of these shirts off the hanger.I reach out by replying to my order email. I'm given two options. Return everything and let them keep $10 of the $30 I paid. Or.. pay an extra $6. Why do they keep $10, for a 'fitting fee.' Soooo.. you put your info into a website and thus they are entitled to $10 of your money when their product does not align to the sizing you entered into their bogus system.Or you pay $36 and HOPE they get it right the second time... which is really the fifth time as they send you three different sizes to start then two more sizes later.Navigating their website is a bit ridiculous. It's all about sizing, not being able to find any details on their return policy until you scroll down one of the longest websites I've ever seen.Long story short, their product didn't fit based off their sizing system. I'm either out $36 with a shirt that might or might not fit. Or $10 for nothing.Meme company.
