I have been with self storage a few times now and they always seem to amaze me with their excellent customer service.Matt in particular was very helpful in a big way for me and I will always appreciate what he done for me.The manager and young lady there helped me massively too as I can't walk far with my condition and they offered me a ground floor unit which was fantastic.Also may I add,the units are half price but not sure how long for. I would recommend them to everyone.
I am extremely dissatisfied by the costumer service. They created lots of confusion and the information wasn’t clear. The storage they offered me was pretty dirty. I have to clear it myself. Also there is no clear communication between people who work there. I was asked to fill a form ”100” times and actually everything had tö been done via the app butNo one told me thisI kindly ask for late access and on second round with full car the storage was locked.I called emergency number they didn’t told me that it is closed by 9 pm but that I can access it only once. Honestly if I had time I would move out straight away.The price is really high forReally bad service. Unfortunately I won’t recommend it to anyone else and I will move my personal belongings before 3months because it doesn’t worthThe money I am spending.
The entire experience was effortless thanks to the exceptional assistance I received at the front desk. A special mention to the young lady named Laura, who consistently offers cheerful and informative service. Her outstanding people skills, along with those of the entire team, made a significant difference. Kudos to all involved. David Butler
I have used the company before, it is so hassle free, they ask you to bring certain proof of ID,and it's all sorted within 30 mins, and you can start moving in so to speak, the team at Selly Oak are amazing, super friendly and the manager is funny ha ha funny, made a tough day lighthearted, he is so good and if you have any doubts, don't they are absolutely amazing and will help you with everything that you need to do and show you the spaces available, so you get to see what your rental area looks like, which is great because then you can visualise where everything will fit 10/10 most definitely
The staff are 1st class. Very helpful. However, there is only one lift and a company, who had rented a space, which they then realised was too small, were moving from floor 1 to floor 2. They hogged the lift and a move-in which should have taken one hour, took 3. Cost me unnecessary waiting time. This was not the fault of the staff but maybe the facility?
