Great use of a mix of AI and human interface

Great use of AI chat to manage initial enquiry in the evening out of normal business hours to set the booking in motion, which was then followed up by the local depot team the following morning to enable same day access to self store.Friendly and helpful depot team at Basingstoke. Thank you

FAILED PAYMENT SYSTEM

the direct debit did not process despite the bank details on file being correct. I was advised that queries about this could not be escalated to head office. I was then asked to make a card payment, which was unsuccessful due to incorrect entry of the card security code. Very poor.
