I am in total agreement with the accuRx 1 star reviews and not much to add.Wasted hours going round in circles, on a simple task.My specialisation is customer journey and user experience, which is the worst I have seen.They haven't got the basic spec right and have no idea what they are doing.

What a load of crap!!!! Another business build by Local MPs to line their pocket. They can not even understand the questions themselves let alone an 89 years old.Shame on you for your software. Where did you graduate? the university should be questioned or did you buy your certifications in the black market? You are using Google Docs to write a programme and charge the Taxpayers for it. A game changer for efficiency in an…

A game changer for efficiency in an overwhelmed inner city practice. We’ve found their platform fantastic for modernising primary care and their software generally faultless. The accubook auto-booking frees up considerable admin time too. Easy to get hold of their support techs too.

Poorly thought out

Convoluted and illogical layout makes this a total pain in the head for service users. Even the feedback link in the portal didn't work. Great for GPs companies to increase profits, poor for patients.

Does this Ever Work?

My GP practice has changed from E- consult to NHS contact. This results in having to agree the Ts & Cs of a private company before being able to contact the surgery. Days pass and no communication from the surgery.Yet another "no help at all" link which seems designed to stifle contact between patient and GP.I assume Accurx is busy harvesting saleable information, whilst I await the inevitable data breach.Meanwhile more days pass.....

After waiting an entire week for a triage call, they failed to contact me. No explanation given.I wish I could say I was shocked and surprised but it is pretty much as expected. Tories don't believe ordinary people deserve health care yet people keep voting for them.

Accurx saved me time!!

I'm so glad my GP uses Accurx! Rather than having to call reception to make an appointment, I was sent a link where I could book myself in for a time that worked! They have also text me test results and other info rather which saves everyone involved time!

Makes GP patient comms easier

This is a great product developed to allow better communications between patients their GOs and hospitals. Very customer focused team who made secure 2 way messaging , video consults and email platform available during the pandemic. Very little downtime , good customer service. Good reviews from patients. (GP practice user)
