I have kerataconus and have had it for 18 years. I first went to Accuvision in 2008 and had surgery which involved UV cross-linking, this is not your standard laser eye surgery! I chose them because they were the only ones that I could find that could do this and at the time being an out-patient with Moorfields, had been told that I needed to lose 80% of my vision before they would operate!Anyway I’ve had 3 ops in total with Accuvision as one eye developed it again after nearly a decade.Treatment has been second to none and Vikash and the rest of the team treat you amazingly well.My wife had lasik eye surgery there in 2011 as well.100% recommendation from me.
Recently had my eyes done at the Wetherby clinic! Really couldn’t recommend enough, everything from start to finish has been perfect, and the service has been great. Just had my monthly review and couldn’t be happier with my sight! I was nervous but felt at ease with the staff, everyone has been so helpful especially Natalia. Would recommend to anyone!
Amazing treatment & service from start to finish! The whole Accu Vision Team was very welcoming and explained the whole process in detail as well as answering every question I had. The aftercare has also been 5 stars which is the most important element of the whole procedure. Would highly recommend.
My experience with Accuvision in Solihull has been a breeze from my initial consultation until my treatment at the weekend. Professional friendly and courteous staff that treat you like a person and not just a customer. Treatment has been excellent and I can tell the difference after only a couple of days. Prices are competitive and there’s no hard selling tactics. I would definitely recommend this service to others and I wish I’d done this sooner.
Had my consultation in March 2019 and surgery few months later in June at Parsons Green - all good! The consultation was open and transparent in terms of the potential results and the surgery itself was very quick and painless - only bit of discomfort when your eye is clamped open but thats normal and expected. I walked out of the surgery room and had a big smile when i could read the title of books on the shelf from a distance which i previously couldn't without glasses\contacts and then being able to read the train times at the station was just showing off! The whole experience was fine with no pressure to go ahead and the decision was in my own hands and i'm glad i went ahead so like most people i wish i did it earlier so anyone out there who is considering surgery, go ahead and book that consultation!Vikash was great and helpful throughout the whole journey and this gives you confidence when doing this type of surgery.Minimal downtime for me - i was out and about driving the next day in my shades and back to work on the Monday after surgery on the Friday - no dramas!Thank you Accuvision!
I had laser eye surgery in February 2021 at the Wetherby clinic and I have been delighted with both my care and results. Natalia is a genuine star who makes you feel so at ease, she explains everything so clearly - Her patient care is exemplary! Equally, the team on surgery day were just as welcoming. One of the surgical team went above and beyond to ensure I was ok from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I left, he was involved in the checks Natalia did and worked as an extra support in explaining my surgery. My prescription was a little over fitting in with the requirements for the winter offer (-4.25 with very slight astigmatism) and so my quote came back at £3000. My initial video consultation to face to face consultation was around a week and then I booked in for my surgery around 2weeks after this. This was my first consultation with any company, I had done lots of research but the wealth of positive reviews for this company could not be ignored and boy did I make the right choice!Thank-You Accuvision!!
I Would 100% recommend Accuvision and their fantastic team. From the initial examination where they discovered I had keratoconus to having both my eyes corrected and the condition fixed the team have been not only been caring and considerate but genuinely interested in me and my family. From the start they told me my Keratoconus would be stopped and glasses would still be required but not as strong as they were. After having my surgery and doing an amazing job and aftercare I now have 20/20 vision and the Kerataconus has stopped. I felt safe and under excellent, knowledgeable care throughout. I couldnt recommend the team any more. Natalia, Dr Mathew's and the full team have been behind me from the start with full supportive service and aftercare and can't thank them or recommend them enough for changing my life. Thank you.
I am so glad I chose to have the initial consultation with Accuvision after a previous bad experience with a different company. Great place, very caring and attentive staff, everything is explained clearly and they walk you through the whole process. From the first consultation to surgery took me about 3 weeks, and I love the results! Would strongly recommend, and at a very competitive price :)
