I had laser eye surgery. And accuvision were amazing. They made me feel relaxed & took their time to help me with my eyes.They give you regular check ups after the surgery to keep checking your eyes are still okay.The price was great. The only problem there is only three clinics. It took us 1 and half hours to get there but the directions they gave us was great.The staff are all awesome.The lady who i see to check my eyes she is so wonderful and caring and she is at the wetherby clinic.If your thinking of getting your eyes done. Don't put it off. It didn't hurt at all.Thank you accuvision for my new eyes and my free gift xx
A great overall experience. The initial zoom consultation was very informative and helpful, and after comparing with other local options it was an easy decision to choose AccuVision because of their friendly customer service and affordable options. The pre-surgery consultation was again informative and helped to answer any lingering questions that I had about the operation. On the day of the surgery the staff were calm and helpful, and the waiting time was very short. The surgeon answered any remaining questions, and the operation itself was over in less than 10 minutes. An odd feeling like no other, it is difficult to explain exactly what it feels like, but as I said it was over very quickly and your vision is immediately improved. After a short break you are shown how to administer the drops and sent on your way with as little fuss as possible.The follow up consultation the next day was again easy and informative, with no sense of rush. Would highly recommend to anyone who is considering the operation, it really is life changing.
After months of worrying and putting it off, i decided to take the plunge and get laser eye surgery, and i cant recommend it enough - absolutely life changing, and the staff at Accuvision Fulham really have helped me achieve exactly what I wanted to - with better than 20/20 vision and a brilliant aftercare where they took care of everything, when I had issues, I rang them and they sorted them out right then and there. Really appreciative of their efforts for painless surgery and instructions on what to do after, dont get me wrong, the first few days are hell, but absolutely worth it!Thank you Accuvision and all the team - Wholly recommend to anyone
I recently had surgery at the AccuVision eye clinic in Wetherby and as I was leaving the surgery room, my mum was filling out a form! Honestly this clinic is amazing. From walking in and been greeted by a lovely lady behind the front desk, to then seeing the friendly consultant Natalia for a very thorough eye examination to then booking in for surgery with close by dates. Surgery day was quick and calm, the surgeon's are lovely and so reassuring. The aftercare given by AccuVision is incomparable! And both mine and my mums vision now is perfect. We had previously been quotes over £1000 more for the treatment at a high street clinic which could not even be compared to AccuVision. We could not recommend more!
Just had laser eye surgery and was very impressed with the service I have and continue to receive, I had a few eye issues when I first went to see about surgery and they monitored me first to see if I was definitely suitable which I was and the service has been fantastic from then on, all staff are friendly and informative and look after you from the moment you arrive till you leave and do regular checks to make sure you are getting on ok, Highly Recommend.
Excellent!!! I can see really well and don’t need glasses! This for me is liberating! Sports, DIY and reading are activities that are an intrinsic part of me, the need for glasses took away my spontaneity. I wish I had made the decision years ago to be honest, but glad I didn’t wait until tomorrow.The procedure is short and pain free, the team are brilliant, really helpful and they talked me through what was happening, with he most amazingly soothing, reassuring amazing voice, healing and aftercare service is second to none! Highly recommended!
I had an amazing experience with my LASIK surgery at Accuvision (Parsons Green). The team at the clinic were extremely kind and honest about the potential outcomes of the treatment, clearly highlighting the risks and benefits. My consultant Vik who did the initial assessment and aftercare provided an excellent service and answered all my questions. The surgery itself was seamless and the staff made me feel relaxed throughout. I am extremely happy with my results.I would 100% recommend Accuvision because of the fantastic service they offer at a very reasonable price.
Polite, professional and a superb experience. In the end I couldn't have treatment because my eyes needed something more than laser, the fact that more serious issues were spotted and I was referred on was even more impressive.My wife has recently has one eye lasered with AccuVision and that too has been very good.Highly recommended.
Great experience from start to finish. All questions answered and I had a lot! I was very, very nervous on the day but all staff were so kind and put me at ease.The main lady who does your initial appointment and follow up checks is so friendly and certainly knows her stuff! The process is very good, they check your eyes on multiple occasions. The procedure itself is a bit strange but very quick and the surgeons are there to put you at ease and talk to you. I was actually really worried about post surgery and how much it would hurt, but it was fine, just a bit itchy and you had to have your eyes closed for the rest of the day (apart from eating and going to the toilet etc) but I just listened to podcasts and relaxed. I do get dry eyes a little bit in the evening if I'm tired and have been on the laptop all day, but not as much as I did when I wore contact lenses and this is expected in the initial months after lasik surgery. It's just so amazing and convenient to be be able to see without glasses/lenses. I had the surgery done about 4 months ago now at Wetherby and I would 100% recommend accuvision. Great value for money too!
