I would highly recommend Accuvision London to anyone considering laser eye surgery. From my first video consultation, to the procedure, and then aftercare, I had complete confidence in the care I received. I was extremely impressed with the expertise and professionalism of all of the staff- especially Vikesh.
I visited Accuvision in February 2021. I was worried that my eye treatment wouldn’t be exactly straightforward, as I had issues with ulcers in the past. I had my first appointment with a lovely optometrist named Shalona. She took the time to understand my situation, carried out a thorough check-up and explained that I could probably have LASIK if the condition of my eyes improves. I was given step by step instructions of what to do and told that if the surgery can’t go ahead, I would get refunded the cost of my initial consultation. A month later, the surgery could go ahead. I was given a pack of useful information and received a call from one of the surgeons the day before to discuss any worries and talk it through. The day of the surgery, I was very nervous but felt very much looked after. I met my surgeon Dr Takis, who was very calm, professional and took the time to go over the procedure again. I had another surgeon and a nurse present during the procedure as well and it became apparent that they were very experienced and that I was in good hands. The procedure was quick and painless. Another lovely optometrist that looked after me after the procedure is Vik. My eyes were quite dry after LASIK (as I had ulcer scars from the past). I felt very supported by him and was given clear instructions on how to overcome the issue without complications. Overall, I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them!
I had laser correction yesterday and can see perfectly today. The staff were helpful, welcoming and reassuring. They were extremely patient and I felt like I was in good hands. Vikash and Anthony were really great. I have been wearing glasses for years and wish I had done this sooner.
Great clinic if you are after laser treatment. The care is second to none, I was made to feel so comfortable at every stage and always felt reassured that I was in good hands. The aftercare is also great. The consultants are absolutely lovely and the procedure itself was very quick. I attained 20/20 vision which feels amazing. I would highly recommend AccuVision to everyone wanting laser.
I had trans-epithelial surgery on both my eyes back in November 2019 and it cost £2800. The surgery itself seemed to go fine and after a few uncomfortable days my eyesight began to show signs of improvement. I was told I should have 20/20 vision in both eyes after a couple of months but 6 months later my eyesight had only improved slightly in one eye and was roughly the same in the other. For the cost, the time off work and the discomfort, I do not feel like it was worth it overall and I was disappointed in general with the aftercare. As has been said in previous reviews, it very much seems like once they have your money and have done the operation they just want to see the back of you.I tried to get to the bottom of why my surgery did not work when I had been led to believe that chances of success were near 100% but I just got excuses and told to "come back in a few years".Obviously it does work for lots of people, and perhaps I was just very unlucky, but I'm just speaking from my experience and would warn people against just assuming that it'll work for them.I would also recommend doing thorough research online before you commit to anything as some pretty shady things have been said about the people running Accuvision. I don't know how true the accusations are but I do wish I had looked into the company more carefully before giving them my money.
Yesterday I went to the clinic at Wetherby, I was both excited and apprehensive. From start to finish the whole process was fully explained and very professional. My treatment was very successful and I no longer need glasses. Thanks to the whole team
As I guess everyone feels,I was very apprehensive about the procedure and results, the whole process was professional and painless. I had my procedure at the Wetherby clinic it was the best decision I have made, everything is explained clearly and at no time is there any pressure to have the treatment,my results are great I have just been for my 3 month check up and each time I visit the staff are friendly, professional and treat you like an individual always greeting on first name terms. I would like to thank the team for a great experience which has greatly improved my life especially under current circumstances previously having steamed up glasses with wearing masks.
AccuVision are brilliant I got lasar eye surgery and made me feel really comfortable and explained the procedure to me so I wasn’t as nervous and the surgeons are amazing at there and talked to me throughout the surgery would highly recommend 👍
