I purchase samples from them when they popped up on facebook literally over a year ago and I waited two weeks, never got them, emailed them, they asked me to wait another week even though I could clearly see from the tracking number that they left New Jersey and never went any further. I waited two weeks, because I got busy, still never got them, messaged them back on both email and via their website, never got a response, decided it wasn't worth it but they kept sending me their stupid promotional emails even after I tried unsubscribing. I started reading their reviews and realized that many others had this same issue and that they are known for their poor excuses and customer services, so I rekindled the complaint, was told I'd be refunded, never got it, so I filed a complaint with the BBB which caused them to respond giving me some sorry excuse about how my initial message got lost because it goes to generic customer service (uh, where else would it go?), and then tried to blame the post office for the problem. They said once again they'd refund me. Never got it. Absolutely sickening. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a company, not even Amazon.

I love Adagio Teas! I've been ordering from them for several years. They have a wonderful variety of high quality tea and tea blends. One of my favorite features of this company is the variety of fandom-inspired tea blends that they sell! I've loved the tea blends and the fan art of the tins that are part of this collection! I've also made a habit of either gifting or ordering their tea advent calendars. The design quality of the calendar itself is wonderful and the teas will keep you in the holiday spirit all month!
I've used Adagio for years and have continued to be smitten with their products and service! The biggest draw of Adagio as opposed to other tea retailers has to be their focus on user participation. Users are able to create their own blends and add their own artwork to the packaging. This allows for mixes of tea that the typical tea retailer would never have in stock. But, because of Adagio's unique formula where users choose the individual ingredients, and thus, when the particular blend is ordered, Adagio puts together the mix as orders come in, it allows tons of customization.
I have been a customer of Adagio Teas for many years. They have a wide variety of excellent teas as well as an excellent customer service department. Customers may alert the company to certain allergies, and once done, the customer will receive an alert if they are about to order a tea containing that item, such a strawberries. Shipping is can take from 3 days to two weeks. The company offers a wide range of specials to build and keep their customer base. Some teas are exceptionally pricey.
I love Adagio Teas for the variety and quality of the teas they offer. I am a tea drinker and have wide tea tastes.
