Always been a loyal customer and i hope items would come on a better packaging. Item would always come on a damaged box. Sometimes shipping box would arrive intact but shoebox would still be damaged inside and often times shipping box is heavily damaged. Returns would also cause too much hassle so there is nothing you can do but to keep the item.
