Ordered 2 pair of trainers from AFEW STORE which is in the EU sent to me in London and was charged an extra £45.83 from UPS handling fee why was I charged and why was I not informed before hand very disappointed and frustrated customer

I ordered through an ad on Instagram. I ordered soccer shoes a month ago and they haven’t arrived yet. I don’t know why it takes this much time...but when I send them a message via email, they respond to me, and this is a good thing. The last message And in the last message I asked them when the order would arrive, they told me on the 25th of October. I hope that is true because I really need the shoes.
