Shopping from NZ, I was a bit cautious, but I had a great experience. Got a good deal, confirmation email and tracking details/updates were excellent, delivery was super quick, product was well packaged and exactly what was ordered. I have no hesitation in recommending AFEW.
They sent me a defective one (see the photo). I returned and purchased another shoes. they sent me the same defective pairs. Contact CS, but the reply was "just return and we refund". Of course, you should refund but you could find a better solution for your customer.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Afew. The package arrived empty with no signs of tampering. I reported this immediately to Afew customer service. They spent a week asking me for more photos and even insisted that I travel to the courrier’s office to request a report. I provided this to them and they still refused to refund me. This is terrible customer service. Best-in-class e-commerce vendors would immediately refund a customer for an order that went missing. Afew kept coming up with things I had to do in the hope that I would give up. Even though I did everything that they asked, they still kept my money. They should not be in the e-commerce business if they are not willing to compensate customers when something goes wrong with their own logistics. I would give them 0 stars here if I could.
