I ordered shoes Oct 8 . They were set to be delivered Oct 11, but Oct 11 fed ex marked the package as delayed and I have created a ticket . It has now been 9 days and I have 0 answers . I have repeatedly asked a few store for a refund even tho I will lose all the duty fees I paid to import to canada . Fed ex claiming the package they shipped is empty. What ever happened to the shipment I could care less, but the fact that fed ex or a few has not got back to me with ANSWERSA with a ticket open for 9 days is completely and utterly UNNACCEPTABLE . if this company is reputable they will make a point to contact fed ex and resolve my situation , until then my review will remain 1 star and I will never be using their services again . So far they have made 0 effort to make this right. Just email me telling Me to keep waiting ......well iam not waiting any longer . Iam over it . Awful customer service from this shop . Fed ex is a whole differnt story , also not happy with them . As of now iam out a pair of shoes and all the duty fees I've paid with 0 confidence this will be resolved . Thanks guys for the worst online shopping experience I have ever had . More than a two sentence update would be alot nicer than being told to wait . I want my money back or the shoes reshipped it is pretty simple . And if they get reshipped they better be DDP . DUTIES PAID . so I don't loose more money I cannot afford to flush down the toilet.
Worst online shopping of my life! I made a purchase of a product from Afew that arrived damaged. After contacting their customer service, I was instructed to return the item and follow a process that included going to a DHL location for inspection. While I understand the need for verification, the entire process has been a nightmare.It has now been almost two months since I returned the item, and I still have not received either a replacement product or a refund. The lack of communication and the delay in resolving the issue has been extremely frustrating.I have had to chase them repeatedly for updates, and at this point, I am left without the product I paid for and no resolution in sight. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and will not be recommending Afew to anyone.I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering shopping with this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of predators football on September 28 No. 2024092833474561, it's been 1 month and I still haven't received my order! worse than that. when I tried to log into my account on AfewStore, I couldn't as if I didn't even exist in their order file. I took screenshots for my order and the payment method but it's not normal that my account no longer exists with them. another thing I was charged €65.07 instead of the €62 displayed on my order, a real scam this site
The lack of consistency in handling my query has been extremely disappointing. I received the trainers, but in a different colour than what I originally ordered. Despite this, I remained calm and understanding, explaining to customer service that mistakes happen. However, their responses have not only been excessively long, but they also promised to send me a return label, which I still have not received. I’ve followed up via email twice since then, but have yet to receive a reply.It’s truly unfortunate, as it initially seemed like the issue was being addressed. I provided all the requested photos, but the customer service provided to me needs serious looking into. When such an error occurs - especially when dealing with an overseas customer - an apology alone is insufficient. I’m now holding out, but will probably contact my bank for a resolution. I would advise others in Great Britain to avoid this company. Order AF-500229
