Review Time
My flight was delayed for 24 hours. I had a ticket issue when boarding my new flight, and they almost didn't even accept it. Due to the delay, I paid for both accommodation and my next flight, to Ist-Ayt, was cancelled, so I had to buy a new ticket. Furthermore, the make-up flight deemed suitable for me required a 21-hour layover. I changed my ticket to a more suitable flight with a 9-hour layover, and I paid a fee for that as well. I suffered significant financial and emotional losses, and they haven't compensated me. I'm completely dissatisfied. I don't think I'll use them again. I'll tell everyone I know about this bad experience.
Its5 organized and very professional. The crew are kind and cheerful Please if I didn't choose a meal at booking, allow me to buy my meal as you serve those who booked earlier, during that flight, I waited for too long to be able to buy my meal. The crew member told me to wait to be attended to later but she never came back. So I disembarked feeling hungry.
This is based on our flight from Abu Dhabi to Salalah, Oman. We never had a problem and we fly with a 5month old baby. It's a budget airline so we did not expect anything fancy. Though I noticed that they do not wipe the windows clean. Grime from passengers faces smacked on the window glass is icky specially when you have a baby. I guess that is true to all budget airlines and some airlines out there.
Good Value of MoneyHello team, I moved to UAE a decade ago, i used my national airline for my first flight after that i am continuously using air Arabia for my flights, they are awesome, always great experience with air arabia, however there are small line of improvements are required, specially the seat are not comfortable, the space are very tiny, some air host required improvement trainings, and hand carry system are crazy there should small exception for 1 or 2 kg, we know that your hand weighing is also not calibrated so there might an error occur (Specially ladies traveler with kids), overall Air Arabia is great as always.
Well experienced Pilot, arrogant crew (Arabic national - Male and Asian National Female). No basic customer service. No nature smile looked tired, upset and confused. Onboard entertainment 0 level compared to other budjeted Airlines. Meals not bad and I liked the salad, coffee was just hot water with no taste but green tea was excellent. Boarding was not organuzed led to unecesary line up and time wastied. Please train your staff to provide better customer service and smooth boarding.
