In August 2011 during my fly from Kathmandu (Nepal) -> Sharjah (UAE) -> Istanbul (Turkey) my backpack 20++ kilos was lost. Very bad communication with the company's offices in Istanbul and in Sharjah. The people didn't answers my emails and I had to call them in Istanbul and Sharjah. I took a long time to find out that my luggage was lost. Air Arabia is not registered in an electronic service worldwide.. where a lost luggage can be traced everywhere. They had to check about my lost luggage manually.
After a year of miscommunication they give me 300 USD about my lost backpack. 300 USD was just the cost of the backpack without the content.
