Awfull customer service

Our flight was affected by the disruptions in Gatwick airport caused by drones. Understandable that unpredictable situations occur, but the way the airline company treated us was awfull leaving us waiting on the plain for 7 hours without any water !!Later and in the absense of any information we received an email from the company asking us to phone them. More than an hour on the phone at a charge of more than £50 and noone picked up!! On top of that despite the company's representative informing us that we could get refund for the cost of the flight if we didn't fly with them and chose other means, the company now refuses to do so!!

Avoid this airline whatever you do and book with a reputable one instead! Booked 6 tickets with luggage and food to travel from Manchester to Agadir in December 2018.Returning flight was then cancelled and changed to another date, this meant I had to book extended hotel accommodation for 6 persons for one night which cost me extra. Then to add to the misery the outgoing flight was delayed by 4.5 hrs. Due to the delay and time difference we ended up at our destination the next morning, once again having paid for the previous nights accommodation that we didn't use - again another nights cost! On the return flight we checked in at Agadir airport only to be told that we had only booked 1 piece of 20kg luggage, we tried to explain that we actually had 6 pieces of 20kg luggage that we originally came with, why would we bring baggage one way when we are on holiday. The check in attendants and staff refuse to give there names and are rude and aggressive pushing the blame to us even though we told them to check the system with our flight reservation numbers. We were then told to pay for the luggage which we refused, then they started threatening closing the check in, eventually after insisting they check the computer system after nearly 20 mins of arguing they agreed and checked us in.We also noticed that other passengers were being forced to pay extra for standard cabin bags which they claimed were over sized - this I find absolutely disgusting!.Finally when we did board the flight we didn't receive any food on the flight as the staff stated that our names were not on the food list, we then insisted that we would like to purchase food by card so we can get a receipt to reclaim afterwards, we are then told the machine is not working. We then offer to pay cash and would like a receipt, we are told they have no paperwork to issue a receipt. In the end we ended up paying £35 for food we had already paid for. The in flight staff are as rude as the check in staff. One word of advice pay more and travel with a reputable airline, we will NEVER be travelling with this poor airline again, do yourself a favour and avoid all the above and more!

Extremely disappointing experience. They close the check in so early, don't accept any discussion, no staff available in the airport, very poor service and waste of money and time.

Appaling service from Air Arabia Airlines Tanger-Morocco.

On a return flight from Tanger Ibn Battouta Airport on 23/10/2018, I experienced a disgusting attitude from an Air Arabia representative who was 'supervising' baggage check in agents. This man identified as 'Samir Miftah' was inspecting individuals hand baggage, enforcing aggressive behavior as he was preying on passengers with no remorse with regards to negligible excess baggage weight. He insisted that anything between 2 and 3 kilograms went over the 10kg baggage allowance was liable for a significant penalty charge.I overheard his arguments with other customers who were sent across the airport grounds and forced to pay at the cash payment desk causing great delays and inconvenience to all passengers before rejoining the queue to receive their boarding passes.When I approached check-in he was in between desks and watching over his colleague instructing him to to refuse my boarding pass as he claimed the dimensions of my cabin sized case exceeded the stated allowance so was unacceptable for carriage, despite that exact same baggage case having been approved by his colleagues on previous flights. The Air Arabia check in agent on my outgoing flight from London confirmed it was acceptable.After a lengthy debate, he remained adamant that I pay him a fixed penalty charge of 500 MAD to cover the costs of my case for having an additional 2cm over the permitted width!I have used Air Arabia to travel for many years and never experienced such unethical, appalling service until today.Following such bad experience of customer service, I will never use this airline again.

Most appalling rude and disgusting customer service i have ever come across. Two delayed flights in one year of 4 to 5 hours but when you email them they ignore you most of the time and when you there number 0906 at 50p a minute they end up hanging up. First they offer a 4oo euro refund for my first delay and then tell me they made a mistake ! and ignore eveything. I prebooked a meal and paid for this which never arrived and when i querried this i was told they had run out ! Not even the airline staff are curteous /Never would i recommend them

schedule change PNR:71836335 Last May, I booked a round trip flights, with them. It suppose to be a low cost airline but I paid €1.000 per 2 pax from Milan to Alexandria, in egypt.My outbound fly delay 4 hours I make a claim trought all them channel, 1 month ago but I'm still waiting for an answer.It was the bad experience of my life. I'll never use this company anymore!!

Total scam!!!!!

Total scam!!!!!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOU TOO - I bought a return Gatwick Fez for £174.00 for my bday in July 2018 and I was let down like a dog by this 'Con Airline'. Their check-in online was not working, the App on my Iphone neither and when I got to the airport their computer was down and therefor I could not fly. I met another passenger in the same situation. We were both let down and totally ignored by the temporary staff or Airarabia that disappeared very fast. I called morocco as I speak Arabic, they hanged up on me. I called France as I speak french, they hanged up on me again!!!! I tried to find a complaint page or procedure but I could do not find any page or contact number to complaint or raise a concern.A week later (today) i tried to call calmly and explain my situation as I would like to get my money back or file a complaint again them properly. after explaining the problem I faced, the agent hanged up on me AGAIN!!!!I am taking it further as I have found online dozens of other people in Morocco, France and England who have had major problem looking like scams and have been denied all help!!

Very Bad Air flights.

Very Bad Air flights.they refuse to take my handbag with me to cabin !! and told me no enough space !! how this happened and above my chair i must have a space to my handbag as usual in all Air companies.I inform the employee that i have things can broken if you take my handbag to bottom of the plane, but he refused and take the handbag and give me a boarding pass!! When i arrive to my country i found my laptop is broken :( I make a complain but more than 2 months till now and no reply from them
