I really recommend your respectful flight experience as i have noticed the perfect crew and perfect services and meals , it was very good experience , and i will try it in future inshaullah .wish you all the best and success with your hard works .
I like that the flight is affordable. The check in process was great, however, I found out that I had check in baggage which I didn’t expect. The first time I booked was without luggage, a system error occurred so I tried it again and it went through without knowing that it was booked with 20kg luggage which isn’t my intention. The system seems to pushed it through and I got charged for the baggage considering that I checked in only with a 7 kg carry on. During onboarding a male African ground crew in the onboarding gate was very insulting. I politely asked if I could go out for a while and he directly said “You can’t”. When I said that there’s still a time, he told me that I can take my things with me out of the boarding gate so he could check me out. It was very very rude. Then in my flight, I went to WC and upon coming back to my sit, the FA was pushing the food cart so I waited. A female Jannat the FA noticed me and commanded me to go to another sit without saying why so I made a sign to say that I can wait but she seems to be aggressive in giving me the same command, so I followed and only then she told me of her intention of giving me a way to pass by easily. The problem here is having lack of behavioral, emotional training. Passengers need to understand their intention on the first place, proactively answering the question WHY to avoid hurting someone’s feeling. It was lack of empathy that leads to misunderstanding and communication gap.
Air Arabia hmm to begin with, I think the UAE government should ban the operation or existence of this so call airlines in the country, all of my life I have been traveling and using different airlines but my experience yesterday at the Entebbe Airport with the Air Arabia flight, I got at the Airport 12 minutes after 1pm due to the heavy traffic from Kampala to the airport, reaching at the airport, the airport security told me to go 2 floor to Air Arabia office to inform them that I was 12 minutes late for check in, i ran u to the office to my very surprise the office was closed with not a single staff around the airport premises, i quickly ran back to the security to let them know that my flight was departing at 2:25pm but I was again told that they need 1 staff to sign for me in order to allow me entry but like said no staff was around that how I have been struggling and left stranded on the Airport
