Air Arabia made my Bruxelles–Nador journey a pleasant one. Couldn’t change my flight date online (only by phone), but they processed a partial refund in just 3 days. Tip: don’t pre‑pay baggage if your plans aren’t certain — it’s non‑refundable.Outbound: chose my seat at check‑in, had a whole row to myself. Return: greeted by exceptionally kind check‑in staff in Nador.Overall: comfortable flights, fast refund, and great service at the counter.
I’d like to share my excellent experience traveling from Jordan to Sharjah and then on to Thailand. For the price I paid, the service was truly excellent. Boarding was very smooth, check-in was good, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. Cleanliness was excellent, and the seat spacing was comfortable. Overall, I was really pleased and everything was just perfect.
We had our flight back to AUH on September 14, 2025, Flight Number 3L268. We were seated in the seat 29 row. Entering the plane, we were greeted with warm smiles from the 2 indian ladies while the other 02 (guy & girl named Aya) were like frowning, no smiles at all. We boarded the plane, and around 10:45, they started serving meals. After an hour for the food cart to reach our place, I asked the Indian lady if I can buy food, which she just pointed to Aya's cart. So around 11:45, it reached to us and I asked Aya for Coffee and Muffin, and she was keep telling "MADAM HURRY UP WE ARE LANDING" with a very taunting tone. The flight itself was very bad which resulted to people vomiting even us. If the guy and Aya dont like their job, they must quit and also why would it take 1 hour for the food cart to serve everyone. It's unfair for people who are seated at the very back.
It was my first flight with Air Arabia and I will definitely fly with AA again. Staff very friendly and food was tasty. Most impressed with leg room (distance with seat in front). Entertainment selection plenty to choose from.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Air Arabia did not allow me to travel because of a small damage on the last page of my passport. I confirmed with Athens Airport check-in officers, and they clearly stated that such damage is not an issue at all, as long as the main page with personal information and the visa page are intact.Because of this unreasonable decision, I lost my ticket for that flight. I had no choice but to book another ticket to my home country in order to get a new passport, and then book a third ticket back to Athens. In total, I lost almost 3,000 AED for nothing due to this airline’s poor handling.To make matters even worse, on my flight to my home country (the same airline that claimed my passport was “damaged”), the aircraft was infested — I even saw a cockroach onboard! This shows how little care and professionalism this airline actually has.I strongly do not recommend Air Arabia to anyone. They caused me unnecessary financial loss, stress, and provided an unacceptable travel experience. Photos are available as proof. I will keep post this all over the social media until i get my right and compensation.
