Regarding flights: good price, low price for extras. But be careful if you don’t reserve seats with extra leg space you will have to sit for a long time with just one palm ahead of other seat. No space at all…

Regarding airport Sharjah: good if you just have very short transfer (like 1-2hours). If you decide to go to Dubai downtown and spend night in airport NO NO and once again big NO. The worst experience ever. No proper security, no normal waiting areas, SO COLD! A/c that bad that you feel like sitting outside during winter. If you GOD FORBID sit in the hallway, staff would come and ask you to go back to the waiting area. No information, our flight was delayed for 2hours (lucky that just 2hours) due to sand storm. Nobody told as why and what to expect. Finally, we were “boarded” to a room without any water, WC or staff help to sit for god knows how long. Noticed lots of inequality how staff respond to women.

1.if you change yr return flight details , there will be a charge of AED ~300. They call it fare change charge.
2.The empty food trays are collected after several hours.
3. dont book the front F row seats - they cost more and seats are uncomfortable and need refurbrication

My experience with Air Arabia was very bad.

The cabin crew kept telling passengers to sit properly, yet many passengers were standing and walking around during the flight, and no strict action was taken. This is unsafe and not acceptable. The airline should be more strict about passenger discipline.

I was also charged extra for baggage weight even though I clearly explained that I had already paid for it on my first flight. They did not listen or try to help.

At Sharjah Airport (Dubai area), the staff treated passengers very poorly, especially at Gate 20. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and showed no respect. Their behavior made the experience very stressful and sad.

There is no back and head cushions to support your back and head.
Secondly Multan flights to be on alternative days rather than consecutive four days. Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be perfect preferably for employees who are working on rotation basis.
Fares to be keep in control on eid days, regular passengers are also suffering from a sudden spike in fares, then they are looking other airlines.

I am beyond disappointed with Air Arabia.

My family and I booked our tickets over five weeks in advance for travel in March. Just one week later, we received an email saying our flight was cancelled. The email offered to “rebook us within ±5 days at no extra cost,” but when we called, we were told there were no flights available for the entire month. This is misleading and completely unacceptable.

We asked them to arrange an alternative flight on the same day, even if it meant using another airline, because this trip was very important to us. They refused and said they would only offer a refund — despite their own terms and conditions clearly stating they are responsible for accommodating passengers in such situations. We even sent screenshots proving it, but they ignored us.

After reluctantly agreeing to a refund so we could book elsewhere, they refunded only two out of four tickets. It has now been weeks and despite countless calls and reminders, we are still waiting for the rest of our money.

This experience caused enormous stress, financial loss, and ruined travel plans for our family. Air Arabia’s complete lack of accountability, transparency, and empathy is shocking.

It was my son’s very first flight, and Air Arabia made it an unforgettable experience for our family. The crew were very kind and welcoming. They allowed him to visit the cockpit for a photo and even gave him a certificate, which made him so happy.

Thank you to the entire team for the care and professionalism. We will always remember this beautiful moment.

I nose surgery in iran, iam already iran visit 2time last two month before, every time i take visa and showing at mobile, today i take bording pass online and bording time they cheack my visa and officers yes visa valid but they need print out copy, i say sir inside airport print out not available, my visa valid you know, why just papper print out issue they not permit to travel, its very very bad behavior ,In this era, everyone shows their mobile phones, they check all the barcode numbers and realize that the visa is valid.
