So far I’m totally satisfied with the product — it’s a very smart system with a clear and intuitive interface.I would also like to mention the company’s representative Fabio, who provided us with excellent service here in Italy.Oh… and last but not least - All the devices look modern and minimalistic which I really like! The only thing that still raises a question is why the outdoor unit doesn’t have an indicator light. From the outside, it’s almost impossible to notice that there is an alarm system.

Really happy with the technical support team member Artem as we needed help to set up our new mobile phone number for access to the Ajax app and the security codes were being sent to the old mobile number - which we no longer had access to. Artem took the time to understand the issue and guided us through the process as he was able to access and share the code that was being sent to the old mobile number. 10/10 service! Thank you.
