The support team did with remote access to enable the cameras in live, as i am trying to solve the issue more than 5 months, but the support team fix the issue with in a hour.Really it's great security system with good customer service. I really happy on their support service

The truth about..

Ajax products by far have exceeded my expectations. Since 1999 when Safetech was established, we've come across many Intruder alarm brands. When Ajax came out into the UK I had my reservations, but like all well estabilished companies/and mainly engineers would stress test the product, and it has without doubt exceeded expectations.I'm happy to give Ajax my highest appraisal in aesthetics, connectivity, ease of use and range (both equipment and wireless). Technical support (in and out of hours) has always been a great help as well.
