An excellent system. Straight forward easy to use app. Fitted in no time. And the response team act quickly. I know this as my electricity has been put off a couple of times due to work being done in the house. Contacted straight away to see if their was an issue. Great stuff.
In my original rating I wrote that the Ajax system requires you to deactivate it before you enter the area secured by the door and motion sensors and there are no options, no delays to be changed, etc. We are a community, 10+ people manage a place, and it is just too easy to walk in and wake up everyone at home because of the alarm on their phones. All other alarm systems work with a delay with loud beeps, that warn you, so most of us are used to this.Now I know that there is an option is Ajax for this, and discovered that the installation team disabled our access to these options... So now I know: this is a great solution!
Innovative, effective and simple to operate system that allows for lots of flexibility of how to deploy sensors and with the long range wireless capability these can be used in quite remote places. Being battery powered means no wires to install and for people who want to delve "under the hood" the system software can be configured to set the system to run pretty much as you like.
It's easy to install and configure, the documentation is great and the application is functional.I'm rating with 4 stars because I feel the platform is missing functionalities before considering it "top notch", such as the ability to resort devices on the app, the integration with other protocols or the lack of a public API.
