It’s been 2 months since I had my Ajax Alarm System professionally installed by Prime Security and really please by this recommended product. My remote app is installed on my phone and will inform me of unauthorised intrusion. Great product I highly recommend it….
Great user experience so far after 2 months ! App and alarm system very intuitive and easy to use. We love the fact that it’s all wireless installation so no ugly cables 😀 Highly responsive connected alarm central if something goes wrong. We strongly recommend
We are users from Sweden, and we are very satisfied with Ajax. The only cost is buying the product, and then it is easy peasy to install and use. So we can really recommend it! The only reason it is impossible give it 5 stars is cause it is a really chaotic app where you can´t move around your units you have. So if I add new units or move the units we have, and I have named my units - and I would like to change the place on them in my list in the app, it is not possible.. So the list of units is is today not possible to move units around, sort the list by name etc. Should be very easy to fix, then we would be even more happy! Also one negative thing is if you buy the camera, it is pretty expensive but have a very low quality (even if you take largest one). So use and external system if you want high resolution on camera picture / movies. But for the purpose of being an alarm system, the Ajax is great! We have our own simcard for 5.5Euro/month so the system works even without electricity or wifi at home!
Great product, although I already had an alarm system and cameras on property , the Ajax system has given us greater sense of security by installing the camera beams. No more guesing what set the beams of. If anything could be changed it is the remote switch, it is unclear and the buttons ultra sensitive, causing accidental activation, if new remotes are on the table I would be the first in line.
The explanation of the system we were getting was very simple and easy to follow, instalation was smooth and not rushed and the person fitting was brilliant. Our mobiles were set up so we could monitor and put on and off whilst we were away from home. We know it works as we were on a cruise in Europe when our phones went off and loud, our daughter had set it off accidentally but it was so funny. It's been a god send going away know our home is in safe hands. We'll recommended to all.
It only took a few hours to remove my old alarm system and install the new one. Chris showed me how to download the APP and how to use it. It is compact and good to look at and very easy to use. Any issues Chris is quick to respond, I’ve only had one issue and Chris sorted it immediately by remote. Excellent service.
The app is simple to use and the setup was easy, although we used a professional company to do it. Its possible to add extra devices later so there us a great desk of flexibility. My only gripe is that, on the app, the control buttons aren’t labelled.
