User Friendly Systems

The systems are easy to work and deploy. They work well.I feel that we need additional mounting brackets that would help in placing these items on properties that may have challenging monitoring positions.

Great for remote monitoring and peace of mind

Great for remote monitoring and gives peace of mind. Whilst away we were able to see when our visitors had arrived and left and knew they had re-set the system. It is reliant on good internet. Our fibre dropped due to a fault with BT but the system alerted us. Despite being away on holiday we got BT to fix the problem and the system came back online.The local Ajax agent has also been excellent. The keypad does not come as standard but was a good investment for kids and visitors who may not have a fob, or want the App.

Great Alarm but needs refining

Purchased the alarm for our business premises and decided to go for this as it gave us the flexibility to move things as we needed and expanded. Generally, quite good with good features - but the rain causes us so many false alarms with water running across the sensor
