Loved the tech Jeff

A very pleasant experience

A very pleasant experience! We left a company we had been with for 30 years. Matt was the rep that came to do all that was needed to get our service restored! He was knowledgeable, courteous, wore a mask the whole time and was just a very pleasant young man!!

I have been with Alert 360 for about 5 years and they are doing a very good job. My battery needed changing so when I call Micheal he was great and explained what needed to be done and the cost.he set up an appointment with Angle the tech and he was GREAT job will done👍👍👍👍👍 Thank You

Service tech came to get fobs working…

Service tech came to get fobs working after power outage. Good serviceWe called a few days earlier to get keypad working. It would have been helpful if the customer service rep on the first call would have realized that our fobs would need on-site service. That would have been great customer service.
