I have nothing but praises for this company, From the moment I purchased my iphone 12 online to the moment it was delivered to my door step all the way in South Africa everything for me was smooth sailing and professional. Any questions I had regarding my package were answered by the help center stuff within minutes they were all very professional and kind. The product itself was amazing with no scratches at all even though I chose "good condition" I guess i was lucky and the battery health was at 86 instead of 80 percent. Honesty i got an amazing iphone 12 for android price money, so going forward I'll only be purchasing phones from alloallo
This is the most horrible e-commerce company to deal with, they are scammers and will take your money. I placed an order with a discount code they provided, the amount deducted from my bank account was higher, I talked to them via email and they did not resolve it, they canceled my whole order, and the refund was lower than what I paid, and even lower than the amount that should have been with the discount code. Scam scam scam
