Company Shipped the phone on time, Problem was with the courier held the phone for 7 days and also be aware of Customs i had to pay 871.otherwise the service was Fairly good

Ordered 2 iPhones, only received 1

I placed an order for 2 iPhones, weeks later the package only came with 1 iPhone. No explanation as to what happened to the 2nd one, refund or feedback given to my grievance. There’s no direct company contact so I have not received any assistance for weeks now. I don’t know what to do at this point.

I received exactly what I ordered and was better than what I even expected .i love how Alloallo keeps on updating when there are delays or if there’s anything important I should know about ,I really appreciate it and I love my phone so much I am very happy thank you

Don't buy anything from this company

Don't buy anything from this company. I have ordered a Samsung s21 and on the advert it said excellent condition. But when received it has a lot or defects. Spot on screen and back cover not fitted correctly. And who know how much more hidden problems. DONT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
