Although AlloAllo initially appeared professional, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I received a defective iPhone with a severe focusing issue, and despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service—via both their website and email—I received no meaningful response. Their fully automated return system did not work, and there was no effective way to escalate the issue.Furthermore, I have been waiting over six days for the automated system to confirm the device’s deletion from iCloud, and I have now had to restart the process entirely. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. As things stand, I cannot recommend AlloAllo. I
Allo allo had 2 ways to contact them, email or online message. They discontinued support via email, leaving just the online portal. I have written to them 4 times since Jan 10 (10 days ago) via the portal with absolutely ZERO response. (Email gets a message saying use the portal).I bought second hand Airpods Pro but found they are still connected to the previous owner's Apple Account. So every time I use them, I'm reminded that they aren't mine and that the owner can see them on "Find my...".I'm very surprised that they would send out a product registered to someone else and can think of 2 possible reasons: 1. The previous owner forgot and is unreachable or 2. the Airpods are stolen.In both cases the owner could mark them as lost and could even come to get them from me!This is not what I expected for $140!I also expected a reply, an acknowledgement, a replacement or an apology but got silence.I WILL NOT USE ALLO ALLO AGAIN.
I have send 3 emails about my iPhone 13 with new battery. After less than 2 weeks, using the cord supplied with the iPhone, it won't charge. A week to 10 days before Christmas send email, no response! Another email just after New year, no response. Allo Allo says response within 48 hours. Looks more like 48 days!
My order never got to the destination, had been sent back from half way and I had been charged for both ways.Customer service doesn't exist, and their website's messaging platform doesn't work.My experience with them cost me 60 euros and no phone!!!
