Many things went wrong

Many things went wrong It said it would be at destination in 2-3 days It took more than 2 weeks, no answers at my requests, no phone number or person to talk to.I bought it with a new battery, so I had to pay more for it , when we looked at battery health it had 100% of capacity, and it decreased every day a little until it got to 75% of capacity en 10 daysI had to take it to a store and they told me it had more than 800 cicles of charge. AwfulWhen I wanted to return it it wasn’t clear they way to do it, it seems I had to send it to Hong Kong, nothing clear Awful.Never will recommend this company Allo allo

I received a message in my abv mail that I would receive a gift of headphones and they were not there at all. Delivery from 3 to 5 working days, yes but no. An order from the 16th arrived on the 30th, and it was first scheduled for the 29th and then for January 2nd. Things were pretty much out of whack all the time. But I'm happy because he still came healthy!

They are a scam about a month ago I bought an iPhone 11 and it was delivered on time however after I received the package I only found stickers and a knock off charger don't use them and you can't lay any claim because they stopped using their email they will redirect you to interface massage on their website in which they won't even dare to respond too

iPhone ordered on December 11th

iPhone ordered on December 11th. UPS code created but the phone has never been given to UPS. I tried to contact Allo allo by their website (now down in Italy) but no replies. Automatic refund system doesn’t work. I contacted them by FB and they replied me by WhatsApp proposing a refund through a third party app. I refused as this is not the way they are claiming on their website and they answered me that I was refusing the refund and disappeared. LOOK OUT IT’S A FRAUD!!!!

iPhone not delivered when stated. UPS have still not received the package. Unable to get any response from customer service. I am about to start legal action to recover my costs. NEVER TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY! FRAUD!

Stay away from this seller. They sold us two defective iPhones.

The seller delivered two defective iPhones and, thanks to PayPal, received a refund after weeks of correspondence.I had to ship the defective iPhones to China at my own expense, insured, even though they were shipped from France. I was stuck with around €100.00 in shipping costs, even though the website states that shipping would be refunded.Verkäufer hat 2 defekte I-Phone geliefert, dank PayPal den Kaufpreis nach wochenlangem Schriftverkehr erstattet bekommen. Musste die defekten I-Phone auf eigene Kosten versichert nach CHINA senden obwohl die Lieferung aus Frankreich kam. Blieb auf rund 100,00 Euro Versandkosten sitzen. Obwohl auf der Homepage steht das der Versand erstattet wird.

Five stars minus one because the charging cable included for my refurbished iPhone 13 Mini was a USB-C cable. I had to go and buy an appropriate wall charger. The phone itself was in mint condition and with a new battery from my wish. My first iPhone because I wated a "small" phone.

Long wait but worth it

The wait for it to arrive was longer than the 3 days estimated when i put in my postcode, so that was a bit deceiving and inconvenient being without a phone for nearly 2 weeks. I didn't realise it was coming to Australia from Hong Kong as website unclear about that. Now that I have the phone it's excellent so far. Only had it two days. Hoping not to need warranty as i'm not sure how that will work over such a distance. Phone itself - top condition, very happy with it.
