Review Time
Starting with the good part, I finally got my iPhone.It all started more than a month ago, I bought an iPhone that arrived with a problem with the screen and didn't work, I returned it. I received a credit to my account of 320 euros, when I had paid 319.90 euros, so far so good. The problem was that when ordering a new iPhone for the same price and using the 320 euros voucher I had an excess of 0.10 euros and the system did not let me make the purchase. I had to buy an iPhone for a higher price and pay the excess of 9.90 euros without needing it. I chose the black color and when I received my iPhone I was surprised because it turned out to be a blue iPhone. Having said that and as this whole process took more than a month I decided to keep the blue iPhone and end my suffering. I was going to give it one star but decided to give it two since the process was very time consuming but it ended up working. A suggestion to the company: the whole process is automated and works, but it is very unpleasant to make a contact request on the website and not get any response from you, despite saying that you will respond within 48 hours (no response until today), to make matters worse and how I needed to contact you more than once, the system did not allow me to explain what was happening with my request because as I had an open contact request and no response, it told me that I already had an open contact request and could not open it a new one. Anyway, I don't know if I will buy from this site again.
Priority Shipment with extra costs spent more than two weeks delivery time.After receiving the mobile I found that the camera is broken. If I will return it for guarantee - how long would it spend for second delivery? I'm not willing to wait anymore and I will find a possibillity to fix the problem elsewhere. It is expensive for me but I've learned: I've planned two further orders, but I will not order again anything here.
The delivery took longer than notified, and no tracking info was available for a whole week. No response from the customer service after my enquiry on this subject.Upon delivery, the phone presented a large deep scratch on the screen though I had ordered the better quality option. Quite disappointed
I ordered a phone with a new battery (paying extra) they sent me one with a battery health of 84%. The charge percentage depleted by the minute. I sent an email and in spite of being told I’d get a response in 48 hours; three days have passed and I have not had a response.
After a long wait the product was delivered. For those in South africa,You will be taxed for the delivery,Overall the phone is in perfect condition,the battery was on 100%..I'm just disappointed with their lack of communication,Either than that they are legit!
