Phone has scratches and battery runs…

Phone has scratches and battery runs out very fast ...the charger cable was on top of the box and not inside for safety as a result I cut the cable while trying to open the package ,I was charged extra R450 zar which was not communicated with me prior

i bought an iphone 11 pro

i bought an iphone 11 pro, in very good condition on 13 august, with express delivery on 16. it arrived only yesterday, and the screen doesn't work! maybe the glass in not original. i sent several messages and no-one answer. there is no phone and no email contact. i demand to return this item and get my money back. no one says a word. i do not recommend this!

I phone 11 pro received well communication with Fedex no extra customs fees for Greece as i read in the reviews all smooth and nice .I am trying to open the device and cannot connect to Apple id yet tough which is i am afraid makes my phone locked or i don't know

non existent customer service

ordered a iphone 12 which arrived within time and well packaged. paid for the V. Good option. i was dissapointed with the condition as there were scratches on the screen and also all over the sidesi sent an email to notify them of this2 days later decided to charge the phone with the cable supplied. It didnt work nor on my older phone and ipadAgain sent an emailThey still havnt replied to anything after 7 daysVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEIt seems they just want your money and run ??????

Product received with screen problem, touch screen malfunctionImpossible to contact anybody, they sent a mail saying i will get a return voucher but i got nothing 15days after, despite several emails never replied...My country is written elligible for return voucher but they don't send it to not pay the transport This website is to ban, never use it you just loose your money

The phone is NOT like I ordered it

WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANY! It took over a month for them to delivere! And you don’t get help at all. The phone is a fake! I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max in white, (paid for it to look like new) also paid extra for a new battery (which I didn’t get). I noticed that the screen was acting strange, along with the coulours. THESE MORONS gave me a phone with a Fake screen! Can’t even type on the keyboard, it literally type P when I press E. The screen doesn’t even work in some spots. And when I scroll I notice there’s no 120hz.. There’s no costumer service, they totally ignore you. So now I paid for literally a ”fake” iPhone 12 Pro Max. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I PROMISE YOU WILL GET DISAPPOINTED! They give good reviews only because they send you a email when you get the phone, about getting free AirPods (which they never send) if you give them a good review!
