Phone arrived a week later, even if I paid for the express shipping.I bought a phone in good condition so I’m not expecting nothing spectacular, but mine once arrived had glue on the display’s side.Overall the phone is working, is doing what I bought it for, so let’s see if it will be everything okay in a week/month
The condition of the product was much better than I had feared. However, the delivery was significantly delayed beyond the expected date, and I couldn't even track the shipment. Despite the delivery issues, the iPhone 12 I purchased is in excellent condition, and I'm also using the included charger without any problems.
The impression from the website is that this company is based in France while it is actually based in Hongkong. This leads to much longer delivery times, since the ordered mobile phone was sent from there and took almost ten days to get through customs! However, this did not effect the price.What DID effect the price was that - although I paid in Euros - the credit card company considered the purchase done in Hongkong and thus took a fee for a payment outside Europe.
