Review Time
I returned a phone under warranty with a battery that discharged abnormally fast. The return was made using the packing slip provided by AlloAllo.com (with proof), which was received on November 5 by the French forwarding agent (who confirmed receipt by text message). AlloAllo Team wrote to me saying they'd get back to me on November 11, but since then there's been no news and it's been impossible to send a message via the site for over 15 days. AlloAllo.com debited me 234€ and today I have no phone.
The 5 star is for the phone, I bought on the 9th of September 2024 and paid for priority delivery and still got my order after a week and a day, but otherwise the phone is perfect for now. I will review again after 3 months of using the phone.
