I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 64GB on 07/29/2024, with an expected delivery date of 08/01/2024. However, the order was delivered only on 08/07/2024.The main issue concerns the tracking number: I received it on 07/31/2024, but there were no further updates until 08/05/2024, when the shipment tracking became accessible.Additionally, I was disappointed with the received iPhone: the screen was very scratched, and the device was dirty with glue. I hope that, despite these problems, the phone will function well for as long as possible.I would have preferred a customer service that reassured me about the purchase and the actual delivery within at least two days after the purchase.I also regret not applying the discount code ALLOGO15FR for my first purchase.
My experience because there was clear communication during the shipment of my parcel. I could easily track it. The best part is that I got more than my expectations. Thank you so much Allo allo team, not forgetting FedEx team for always communicating to a personal level. I send my biggest gratitude.
I ordered an iPhone 12 mini, the good condition one, but it looks like new. I’m very impressed. The order also didn’t take too long to arrive. I received it about 2 weeks after placing the order. Customs was also easy to pay online. I’d definitely buy again.
The I Phone that I ordered looks just magnificent as I ordered it. What I don’t understand then is why your customer service is that poor when your actual product service is that satisfying. What I mean is that you haven’t answered any of my messages regarding my delivery. The problem was that you website displayed that the phone was sent off and that it would arrive 2 days after order. However, the deliverer kept showing me that the parcel has not reached them. I wanted clarification on this which you did not provide at all.
Everything arrived as it should, but I was not clearly aware of the length of time from placing my order to eventually receiving the shipment. Order placed on 25th July, delivery 5th August. Product is as described. Just the phone and power cable, and only when I share my opinion do I receive headphones. The experience feels very different from all other Refurbished companies I have used in the past. Would I use them again. Yes - now I am familiar with their way…!
