Don’t touch with a barge pole

Eventually the product did arrive and we are pleased with it. However the automated customer service does not work and lends itself to causing stress, along with the long delivery window that is not shared with the customer ahead of time I would not use them again. I would instead pay a little more and get peace of mind and a better service Product due 7th July today is 16th still not here. Customer service is non existent it honestly looks like €320 in the bin for me.Don’t touch this company. I’m assuming all the good reviews are fake

IT'S A SCAM 😡

I have never been refunded properly of my order and the customer service does not respond anymore. For anyone who has been scammed by this company, i invite you to file a complaint on the ICPEN website (International Consumer Protection and Enforcement) and with any national consumer protection services around you.

I want a refund

I want a refund. I specifically chose new battery and even though this battery says 100% capacity it runs out quicker than my old 12 mini I’d had for 3 years and overheats when charging normally

The Handy is fine the delivery time also. But I need an invoice with Tax and I got one without Tax. I tried many times to contact the customer Service no answere and no invoice with Tax.
