Black front camera!!!! Allo-allo please contact me!!

It's a great phone overall but the front camera is totally black and it won't work!!!!!!!!! I want allo-allo store to contact me! I really wanted to give a good review but the camera problem is really important to me!!!!!!

That sucks

The iPhone I ordered arrived not working at all. I followed the procedure for return it but I didn't received the return label as it was supposed (only the product's barcode). I sent the package with DHL Express (paying by mysef) to the address written on the website, and now the package is located in Hong Kong, DHL CANNOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE CAUSE THE RECIPIENT IS NOT TRACEABLE AND NOBODY ANSWER ME FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WEEKS.No words.

Disapointed

This is the third phone that i’ve ordered from alloallo. First two were OK, but this one is under all chritics! It came with broken camera and dameged phone frame! I hope they will send me a phone that i have ordered - in very good condition and not like someone has been kicking it from Hongkong to Europe!

Defective telephone, non-existent customer service

Defective telephone. No prepaid return airbill despite the fact the website promised return shipping would be available. No answer from company despite 12-15 messages sent through the website form (& no functional email address). I returned the telephone to Hong Kong (cost: EUR 70) and still have not received any information or reimbursement. Truly the worst online buying experience I have ever had. AVOID.
