Allo Allo did not deliver the order and are claiming money

Allo Allo did not deliver the order. I cancelled the order and let them know (4 times!), but never received any response. It has taken up a lot of my time and the issue is still not resolved after more then a month. I advise everyone to never order with this scamshop.Update: They are now claiming 60EUR for cancelling the order (via Klarna). They are still not replying to any of my messages.

I received good service from alloallo

I received good service from alloallo, everything was communicated in time ... I choose the good condition option and the device was better than I expected,i bought iphone 11 64Gb ..their prices are unbeatable...battery health is above 80% like it was stated... my phone got delivery in time overall I am very happy with the service and I will be buying from them again.
