iphone in poor condition, wrong color;want to send back and the website is super confusing; getting german and french pages in a mix; getting re and re looped on the same text page without giving me a chance to finde the support ticket to create the packet label and not reacting from Friday to Tuesday Morning on my help query, not allowing to send a second one and clearly stating they are a pure online player with no helpdesk or phone; a never come back experience, for sure, out of competition.
Unfortunately, to date, I have not received my phone!!!I have checked with all postoffices in the area and no show. The Chronopost livery man left a note that he could not deliver because we were not at home.....bogus! I cannot walk at present before ops in august so yes, I am at home!! The last one handling my delivery obviously Chronopost man, but Chronopost says the do not know where the phone has gone to.very dissapointed so hoping for refund now.
This is the second time I am purchasing an IPhone from Allo Allo.very impressed with our service delivery, the quick turn around time and both phones were exactly as per the advertisement, even better.I will definitely order again.Thank you for keeping to your promise.
