I received the product I ordered, I am very satisfied with it. However, the 100,00 EUR customs I had to pay wasn't mentioned anywhere, and upon reading previous reviews and also not getting any answers to my requests for a refund and returning the package, I decided to accept the product after all, since it would be impossible to get the refund or just to get in touch with the customer service.
I disliked that I was unaware of the tax/import duties I have since then received my package to opened it and it’s the wrong colour I still no have to save up and pay this 96.90€ tax charges after already paying 359€ because I can’t afford to wait for a refund as I’ve no phone
I ordered an Iphone 12 mini that was supposed to be like new, it wasn't. The phone was full of scratches, both on the screen and the rest of the phone. Have sent two inquiries in the last week to complain, but alloallo is not responding. Not particularly satisfied and will not shop here again!
I didn’t state it was sent from china, so it got a lot more expensive with the Tull fee.The package was sent with fed ex which were a bad choice, made me wait home for a day without delivery, then taking four day’s extra to deliver.
Overall I got a so far working product with no damages visible , from the outside. Two things are just a little shady. They are sending the products from Hongkong and also without German MWST, so I had to pay 19% plus. I wish they told me this earlier… in the end not as cheap as I thought
