Good experience but...

The phone was like new, as I asked.Just BE CAREFUL: I bought it at 170 euros and the transport company, when delivered to me in Portugal, charged me more 81 euros, of duty taxes. I didn't know the phone would come from Hong Kong, because all website shows France as origin.Cheers to all.

Disappointed

I bought an iPhone 12mini. The battery get flat in half day using waze or google maps and the location Also is not accurated, so I am not suggesting to buy it If you are using navigators.

Telephone works as expected BUT CUSTOMS!…

Telephone works as expected and was fast delivered.But: After 2 Months we got the invoice from customs. More than 80 Euros for a 300 Euro Telephone!!! It was never mentioned from where this telephone is shipped and that the price is not including taxes/customs. Thas more than worse, further steps expected.

Phone appearance less good than paid for; battery life insufficient. Only refund promised.

Positive: I received the Iphone8 within a few days only. - Negative: I paid for a phone that was supposed to be "like new" with a "new" battery. But there are a few scratches on the screen and, above all, the battery "to be repaired" has only 76% of maximum power left. I tell them that want them to send me an item that corresponds to the price I paid before I send back the faulty one.- Got an email on the next day. They only offer me a refund, not the same model with the quality I paid for. And want me to send back the faulty item. Only God knows if they'll just keep the money. - Second mail: blunt refusal to send me an item such as the one I ordered. - Second surprise: 14 days later, a bill from FedEx. I have to pay 17% customs tax.- I wonder if many of the positive Trustpilot evaluations of Alloallo are not fake.
