Good service, true to description, fair price

Good service, surprised by the 10-days waiting time but it’s fine :)The sticky paper onto the screen seemed a little sketchy as well but otherwise the state of the phone fits the description, and happy to have a new usb wire with it. Go with refurbishment!

Easy to navigate website, efficient ordering and delivery. Excellent service. Be aware the goods will ship from Hong Kong so there was duty/customs to pay before delivery but still excellent value

Don't buy here! Not satisfied at all

not satisfied with my purchases. First phone I received had a network issue, got refunded 45€ less than what I pay and couldn't be reimboursed but only use a voucher. The voucher was less than what I paid for.New phone came and battery is 75% so needs to be changes. Very bad, i would not recommend.

Scammed by unethical on-line company

In September 2022 I bought a refurbished Iphone 8 from this company. When it arrived I discovered that the camera did not work, which was the main reason for buying it, to use in my new on-line business. I wrote to them and got no response at all to 3 seperate attempts to get a refund to date, 18.11.22, despite supposedly being covered by their warranty. I believe I have been scammed by a disreputable on-line company and am now taking legal action to recover my funds.
