Review Time
Like many others reviewing this Hong Kong company I was sent a faulty phone (I'm not able to make phone calls - pretty important feature). I have initiated a return process, but nothing happens. I've waited for a printable return label for 5 days (a process that should only take hours according to their website). After checking out other reviews on Trustpilot I fear I won't get a new phone or a refund.Customer service does not seem to exist. On top of that they ship their phones from Hong Kong which means delivery to the EU takes a while (plus there is always a danger of customs hassle). So even if I could get a new phone from them it takes way too long. I need a new phone as my old one broke. Never ever shall I order a) from this company b) outside the EU.
Didn’t give information on where the product was being shipped from, I believed it was Ireland and turns out it was Hong Kong. They also u der valued the shipment. So it got stuck in customs, it took a month and a half to arrive and i had to pay an extra €75 customs charge. do NOT use this company.
this is one of the best mobile website which i came across in recent past.its just excellent giving you every answer for your doubts and leaving nothing to imagination.Now i need to wait for the product before writing further.But so far so good very convenient shopping site.
Absolutely shocking , phone cost more to deliver, it spent 3 months in customs , and Fedex charged me € 78.95 for the pleasure of delivering the Iphone a full 3 months after purchase. I sent 22 emails where I got the "auto response" stating we will look into it , not one email to say they were ging to help . in the end it was a nice person in Fedex that helped. Unit now is more expensive than other sites
