I have ordered air pods in November. They were supposed to arrive in December. It is March now and I have never received them. I had wrote them - never received any answer - and when I try to write to them again I receive the answer that "You already placed a complain..." How convenient system. They do not answer my complain but they block the next attempts of complaining.

Allo Allo is a scam company that drop…

Allo Allo is a scam company that drop ships faulty phones they take no responsibility for. I got a phone that could not charge du to faulty charger port. As it was unannounced drop shipped from China I had to pay customs fee 15% and pay return shipment. Even though they said they would cover it. This process took two months and still after four months no response, no reimbursement and no working phone. Be aware of this scam company.
